I call this piece 'Forgotten' as the English had been forgotten at the Biennial and scarves are common things to be forgotten or left behind.

Yard Gallery, Digital Image (C) Gavin Rogers 2013 Moving to a city was a daunting experience. I had less than a week to find somewhere to live. Frantically scanning the property pages of the local newspaper and dashing around local estate agents, I became confronted by the realities of life within the inner city, which was far removed from my original perceptions of city life, my dreams, aspirations, morals, ideals. Overtime this loss of perception was replaced by hope. Hope for my city.
